Geeta wins the first session of the fight but loses the second. Geeta makes her way into the final of the 55 kg division at the Games. Babita soon wins the national title and joins Geeta in the academy. During a visit home Babita tells Geeta of her error and reminds her to respect Mahavir.
Geeta makes friends and begins to violate the discipline instilled to her by Mahavir and she loses every international match. Geeta goes on to prepare for the Commonwealth Games. Motivated, they willingly compete in wrestling events, defeating males. The daughters initially resent their father's treatment, but they quickly realize that he is concerned about their future. He gives up hope after having four daughters but recognizes their wrestling potential when his older daughters, Geeta and Babita, return home after beating up two boys. He pledges that his unborn son will win a medal for the country.
